Energy exercises are done twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 9 p.m., Eastern Time, using ICQ (I Seek U).
Pulse is a "closed" Yahoo!Groups email list dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for these explorations which include channeling, online energy "Pulsings," past life and gestalt connections, and explorations of other realities.
